My periods have been so irregular and I use bbt and OPK. I don't see a pattern with bbt and my opk's are all over the board. They are dark for a few days and then go light and then dark again. I have been off bc for 4 months. I know people say that it can take awhile to regulate and everyone is different but I'm just wondering if anyone was in the same boat as me and how long it took them to conceive. If I get my period, does that mean I ovulated that month?
