Symptoms after IUI nov2019

had my 1st IUI on 11/7

I have low amh and I am a cancer survivor

I started experiencing some symptoms the end of last week: nausea in morning, sore breasts, cramping in lower back and abs, fatigue, heavy pulling feeling, constipation, watery discharge

It all lasted about 3 days then stopped besides feeling really tired

I tested my trigger day8 and day9 past iui and it was negative

I am supposed to test the 21st

Period is expected the 22nd

My bday is on the 23rd :(

Any takers on what may be going on with me?! Anyone ever have symptoms then stop to get a positive result?
