Im panicking

I had sex yesterday and today I feel bloated and clear discharge is coming out do I have a chance of being pregnant, I used a condom but I’m just worried 😔

EDIT: I know I can’t be pregnant after sex, my worry is if there is a possibility that I might be, because I did touch him down there without the condom but by the time I was aligning him to go up (with the condom on) my hands were dry but I had to push back my skin down there that’s why...Im unsure if I should take the pill or not
