Unfortunately, it was likely the embryo wasn’t viable and there’s nothing you could do. The only thing i would ask your doc is to test your progesterone to ensure you don’t need supplementation to sustain pregnancy. I’m so sorry for your loss :(

I am taking letrozole 1st cycle i have recurrent miscarriages and my issue is believed to be low ovarian reserve i also take coq10 prenatal vitamin and i will take progesterone suppositories once and hopefully get a positive test tried clomid in the past dried my cervical mucus out

Were you on progesterone?  That's why I miscarried
