Horrible hack pain after endo surgrey !

So I had my endo removal 4 days ago. Everything else is healing fine , but this fricken pressure pain is awful. I know they pumped me with a lot of gas, and I had a hard time passing some of it because they worked on my colon and rectum , but I have released some and had my first bowel movement yesterday .. the first day I came home I was throwing up constantly from the anesthesia.. so I know that creates more tension in my body... but I feel so much pressure in my upper stomach area and my upper back SO bad. The pain is so awful. How long does the back pain or pressure pain last from the gas or inflammation??? I’m trying everything .
