Membrane sweep!?

Question

When did you ladies doctor perform your membrane sweep? That’s if you had on done. I have an appointment tomorrow and am curious if I can get one done? I’m 38.2 weeks pregnant, and 3 1/2 cm dilated already! Also a FTM and extremely nervous lol!

I had one at 38w4d and it made me bleed and lose a bit of plug but nothing I am currently exactly 39weeks

I got it done at 38w5d. It worked. I went into labor a few hours later.

With my first my midwife only starts offering sweeps after 40 weeks. This time around because I went very overdue last time, my midwife is starting sweeps tomorrow at 38+3.

I was able to have one done at 38+4 and 39+1 because I was dilated enough :) didn’t do anything for me though lol

My doctor tried to do one at 39 weeks but couldn’t so she will try again at 40 weeks and 3 days!

I’m 40.2 and have my sweep scheduled for tomorrow and another one scheduled for Friday. I’ve been stuck at 1 cm for a little over 3 weeks already 😫

Im 38w4d and my doc said if i was dilated enough today he could preform a sweep... but i wasnt dilated 😭😂

I was told after 40 weeks by my doctor, but that was back when I started my 3rd trimester. I’m 38w3d today and as of last week only 1 cm dilated. I have an appointment today to see if dilation has progressed anymore, but I plan on asking again to see if it will change since we are so close!
