Bleeding at 20 weeks

Last bled 7 weeks ago, every 1-2 weeks I was bleeding heavily but everything came back fine.

We had sex yesterday morning, had no issues up until now. Light red/sorta pink bleeding when wiping after a pee. Should I be concerned or is it just one of those things? They never gave me any reasons for the bleeding, after regular scans.

I have a scan tomorrow afternoon at the hospital but I’d just like to know you experience with this please :-)
