When did you start getting Braxton Hicks??

Question

I just got back from the l&d emergency room for having cramps and back pains and was told that I may be experiencing Braxton Hicks! I am only 20w3d pregnant how is this even possible?

18 weeks. Super fun being the only one under 30 weeks at the hospital tour and being the only one to have the tour guide call me out and ask me if I was okay as I had a BH. All the other ladies glared at me

Had them since week 13. 😔 but mine aren’t terribly painful

I read that if your stomach tightens, it’s probably Braxton Hicks. Said if the contraction is in the back, could be real labor. 
Agreed with the other poster that you could be dehydrated too.

It’s possible! If they start again try to drink water to make sure your hydrated (sometimes you think your drinking enough but your not) and walk around. If they stop you know they are Braxton hicks. Mine were painful not labor painful but they were more than uncomfortable at times. Good luck!!!!
