Sooo...my son will be a month old on Friday...how much is your little one eating?? My son acts like he’s hungry all the time!

4 oz during the day, 3-4 at night. Sometimes he is super hungry and wants an extra ounce an hour later. He turns 6 weeks tomorrow. I’m glad to see I’m not the only one. I thought mine was eating too much! He was born very small- 7th percentile, thanks to my hyperemesis- but now he was 23rd at last weigh-in. I just don’t want to overfeed!

I feed him as much as he wants, babies know best and each one is different. At a month old he was eating about 150ml every 2 - 3 hours. Now he’s eating around 180ml - 200ml about every 2 hours (but more at night) at 6 weeks old. He eats a lot, but he’s not chunking out. My doctor says feed him as much as he wants until he’s on solids, until then, babies know exactly how much they want to eat. 😊

So, my sons been eating 3 oz for the past week and a half...but he still acts like he’s starving...I’m not sure what I should do...we’ve noticed his poop (when he actually can poop) it’s clay like..so I’m worried about the formula we are feeding his as well 😩
