Don’t skip your fluids

So I got what I believe to be a stomach bug yesterday and had vomiting and diarrhea. I stayed home from work today and did nothing but lay on the couch. I had no appetite and when I tried to eat or drink it made me feel worse. I was having lots of Braxton Hicks contractions and this evening a very large chunk of mucus was in my underwear. I decided to go get checked to make sure everything was ok. Luckily my cervix is still closed but I was severely dehydrated. Had to be monitored for 2 hours and given 2 bags of fluid. Make sure to drink drink drink your fluids ladies. Dehydration can cause contractions and false labor scares
