coming out

i’m 17 and Pan. i have been talking to this girl for about a month. i really like her and want something serious with her ( we talked about it and she feels the same way) the only problem is i haven’t come out to my parents. i’m scared they will just say this is just a phase and not take me serious... does anyone have any advice on how i can start the conversation of me coming out to them??
