Worried gyno can’t see me until next week

I am sooo worried right now 😭😭😩 , I just keep on reading the worst things on google . I feel flutters in my lower abdomen tat first taught I was pregnant but then I got BFN and AF came . Flutters are still there and my cervix stings and I get like sting feelings in low abdomen sometimes. I am 20 and afraid that’s it’s something bad . I don’t get any sever pain but it still scares me . Has this happened to any of you
