Brown spotting with rainbow 6wks 2 days

So I noticed brown when I wiped yesterday evening. It's not reaching my underwear, but I am freaking out. I had spotting like this just before 4 wks, but it wasn't as intense. (Had my numbers checked then and they were more than doubling)

Had nausea for half of last week but it stopped around friday. I am still CRAZY hungry and gassy.

After a chemical in january and an ectopic in june, and now only having 1 fallopian tube, I dont know if i could handle another miscarriage 😭😭😭

I'm going to try to see my dr. Today.
