I went in to be seen because I was having yeast infection like symptoms.. but wanted to make sure it wasn’t bv (need antibiotics and could be harmful to baby!) so I scheduled an appointment through my school’s health services since I’m a few hours from my obgyn. I was diagnosed with cytolytic vaginosis.. the nurse practitioner said it could go away on its own but to double check with my obgyn.. I called and they kind of seem clueless? I’m doing my research on it and it doesn’t seem like there’s a lot to read up on it. Has any other moms gotten this during their pregnancy? I’m 23 weeks now.
