Does Phentermine delay your period??

I havent took it since i missed my period . I am now 7 days late and i only took the meds For 2 weeks . some days i took half a pill . Could those 2 weeks have affected my period ?! What i feel may be my period isnt my period i get some spotting not even spotting but like a string or a dot of blood then next its gone and that has happened since Saturday. Im going to also ask my doc could the meds have affected it that quickly and i haven’t took a test because i did not want to get my hopes up for a positive was giving it more time
