Should I be concerned?

TMI warning...My period ended 5 days ago and I have been experiencing this with my discharge. Today is CD9 for me and I just had this discharge associated with some minor cramps here and there. On Sunday I had blood streaked ewcm discharge. This is unusual for me and I was wondering if anyone knew what this could be? Should I be concerned? Thanks.
