Why is this happening?!

I am now 12 days late on my period. I’ve taken 4 tests up to this point and all negative. My period is never late. I’ve never missed a period. I always PMS a week before and did not this month. I’ve been feeling nauseous. Horrible headaches. Dull cramping in middle of abdomen. Milky white no odor discharge.. I have no idea what’s going on!

Should I wait longer to get a blood test? Has this happened to anyone else? Advice please ladiess! 😩
