“snacking” while nursing

my daughter is 12wk4d and still eats every hour 1/2 to two hours (whether i nurse her or give a 4-5oz bottle) . when i pump during the night i only produce about one ounce on one side and four on the other. i’m not sure if my daughter is comfort sucking while she nurses or if not enough is coming out resulting in comfort sucking. at her 2 month appointment the doctor said she was “snacking”. any recommendations on stretching out feedings longer/ having her get a full feeding quicker, before comfort sucking or falling asleep?
