Accomplished
Now, this definitely doesn't happen often, so I'm going to brag a little bit. I just cleaned my whole house (including wiping everything down, vacuuming and mopping) with two cranky babies (11 month old twins) following me around everywhere AND taking care of my husband who is sick while I am also sick. So I'm feeling pretty accomplished right now.
