Who had a spinal block during delivery?

My backs been very week like my muscles along my spine and didnt have it during pregnancy. Wasnt sure if anyone else has had issues after having a spinal block for delivery. I had a csection almost 4 weeks ago

With 1 of my c sections I had numbness on half of one of my feet for months. Dr kept saying it was unrelated to the spinal block. But I finally went to a good massage therapist who said there was a big knot, almost like a cyst, right where it went in. She massaged it and it hurt like hell, but after 2 treatments the feeling in my foot came back.
Also your spine can realign in a funky way after birth, so it may be from that vs the spinal

Ive had 4 for four c sections and only issue i have is phantom pain sometimes and sensitive skin where needle went in
