Worried about Baby A

I had to go to the ER yesterday due to a UTI, they checked the babies, stated they were fine & measuring both at 7 weeks. They weren’t concerned about the heart rates but I am! Baby A is about 15 beats behind baby B. They first measured together 88bpm. Am I just paranoid?? First time mom here and just wanting all to be well! I go for 8 week, 3 days appt on Nov 26, prayerfully they will both be up!

Nov 14 - 6 week 4 day ultrasound:

Baby A: 88bpm

Baby B: 88bpm

Nov 19 - ultrasound @ ER , 7week 2 days

Baby A : 108bpm (20 beat increase)

Baby B : 123bpm (35 beat increase)
