i had my second nasal piercing a little over two weeks ago, i recently had a pistule and i have been trying to heal it. i woke up this morning and my cork scree piercing had completely fell out! i couldnt get it back in but managed to get a ring in i think because of swelling, i didnt want to put a straight bar in incase it fell out do you think this will be okay for now?

its looking really red and angry - please note this is a nose bar that i have never used before and i cleaned with saline before so it should be sterile.
