Does this look like cold sores to you?
My husband gets them on his lips but never above the lip or under the nose. He noticed it Tuesday and it was painful like a pimple. He had shaved on Sunday and my son was rubbing his skin in that area cause he liked the feel of it. But he had rubbed roughly. Then my hubby felt pain like a pimple and had a pimple close to that area last time he shaved. I’ll show you pics from yesterday morning and this morning.
