I need some help! I had unprotected sex about a week ago (he didn’t cum and lasted less than a minute before we got a condom) and I took a plan B the next day just in case. Fast forward to 2 days ago, I got the birth control patch. I felt like I was very overwhelmed and asked so many questions I forgot one and need help. Should I start the patch ASAP or today ?? Or wait to see if I start my period (should be first week of December) ? I’m freaking out and really don’t want to be pregnant!!!!! But also want to get started on the patch. Please help!! Also if anyone uses the patch and has any helpful tips, that would be great! Thanks so much!
