Second opinion?
Hey guys I’m not sure if I’m in the right spot but anyways.
I was hospitalized for my heart pounding what seemed to be 100 mph (exaggeration) and I had no idea why. Normally when my heart speeds up is when I’m having a anxiety attack but wasn’t anxious at all, I took my medication. So when the doctor asked me what I had to drink recently and I said tea.
One theory the doctor has is that I’m more than likely uber sensitive to caffeine and to just avoid any drink with caffeine . Which for me is like ugh Bc I love me some sweet tea. The thing is , I’ve been drinking sweet tea for god knows how long but I’ve never had that reaction.
Maybe I should go see a second opinion. I’m thinking
Could I have a underlying heart problem? I’m not too worried rn I’m just staying away from caffeine and just sticking with water .
