Contractions, but are they real?

*update: the contractions were real! I was 5cm dilated at 9pm when I got to triage and dilated to a 10 by 2am. Our babe made his appearance at 4:34am in an unassisted vaginal delivery. This birthing experience was amazing compared to my first when I was induced. Our bodies know what to do!! 💕💕

40 weeks tomorrow. I’ve had Braxton Hicks since around 20 weeks so I know exactly how they feel. I had my appointment this morning and I’m 3cm dilated and the doc did a sweep as well. I’ve been having contractions all afternoon and they are a bit more uncomfortable than Braxton Hicks, but don’t stop me in my tracks. Not sure what’s going on lol.
