When does your SO go back to work?

My husband is going back to work on Monday, our daughter will be 10 days old and we also have a 2.5 year old. I honestly feel okay about caring for the kids all day, we'll take it easy, I just am worried about over doing it caring for the dogs and then house and hurting my vaginal sutures like I did with my first.

My husband has 6 paid weeks off. I'm off for 12 and when I go back he will get another 4off. So thankful we're both home together for 6weeks. It's our first and we aren't entirely sure what we're doing yet 😂

You have to prioritise your chores and not push yourself. You’re no good to your kids when you’re in pain for ripped sutures. 
First thing I did when I got home last year from first birth was do the hoovering and rip my stitches. It was such a stupid thing to do.

My SO only had the days off we were in the hospital. He went back to work the day after we came home. I had a csection and we have 2 dogs. It was freaking hard but I am now almost 3 weeks pp and we’re all alright. Having a 2.5 year old would have made it much more difficult though!

Mine won’t be going back till a month in a half after birth. He gets paid good so we can afford it

My husband has 10 days.  Was looking forward to getting more than 2 weeks of  time due to Thanksgiving holiday but this baby just isn't comimg so I'm less hopeful now 😭

My husband had 7 days total and that’s it! I was so nervous because I was in so much pain but it worked out fine!

My husband took 2 weeks off and is back to work. I have a 19 month old and a newborn and love in a 4 story town home. It feels very daunting and I’m dreading Monday 😩

My husband is taking a week off, only maybe 3-4 days of which we will be out of the hospital. If he doesn’t work he doesn’t get paid so...guess I’ll be figuring it out on my own 🤷🏼‍♀️

My SO took paid leave on the 14th my induction date and doesn’t go back till the 2nd of next year. He also has another 6 weeks of non paid which he will take during tax time

Mine will take 2 weeks off initially then he’s going to stay home 3 days per week for 8 weeks when I go back to work (if he lasts that long!)
