Are people ever shocked with how many kids you have ?

People are always shocked with how many kids I have and how old I am. I’m 22 and I have a 4 year old stepson. A 3 year old son, and a 1 year old daughter and another babygirl due in March. And sometimes I really get some stares or unwanted rude comments about. “ you know how they’re made right”. I just was curious how common it is for everyone else with a lot of kids at a young age. ( also just putting it out there, my children are very well taken care of and get everything they need and more. We easily are able to provide for our kids)
