Can you ovulate with HCG?

Had a miscarriage and d&c 2 weeks ago. home pregnancy test still shows a very faint line. Then I took ovulation test and it came up positive. I am confused. I didn't know you can ovulate with HCG in your system 😕

Yes you can ovulate with HCG in your system but it’s hard to tell with the LH strips since it picks up HCG as well. My doctor said we could start trying right after It was confirmed that I had passed the pregnancy so idk why the other commenter is saying it’s dangerous. My doctor said it was totally fine and I could ovulate as little as 2 weeks after the MC

Thats because OPKs can also pick up on HCG. I wouldn’t trust it

If you’re having sex STOP! Allow your body to heal and self clean you’re putting yourself at risk die infection (not saying S/O has it) but after a D&C your body is fragile. Wait the 2 weeks I believe you’re fertile the first 4-6 weeks. Baby dust to you
