Period after miss

Hi ladies,

I had a miss at about 6 weeks on 10/18. All passed on its own and HGC went down really quick. On 11/11 i had a huge LH surge (testing via strips) and we said fuck it and tried again.

Today is my estimated period day but not one symptom. I know some people it can take weeks for their period to come back, but since I ovulated wouldn’t it come back around now? Should i start testing in a few days if I don’t get, or is it still way too soon and I should give it another week or more?

This is my first miss and I was beyond devastated (as I’m sure you all are). Im really trying not to get my hopes up, and just want to know one way or the other so I can either privately celebrate with my husband...or have lots of wine with my turkey this week lol
