9 weeks pregnant but I feel so much further.

I’m 9 weeks pregnant according to my last AF sept 21.. but I completely feel so much further along! I feel like I feel the uterus already hard. I’ve been extremely tired. All I do is sleep and if I don’t it’s all my body is making me do. I’m nauseous but barely (no vomiting). My boobs have been hurting for 4 weeks now and theyrenot getting any better. I have 4 children so I know how it feels to be bigger or far along. Doesn’t make any sense. I had bloat but this time I actually may have a baby bump already! 😅 anyone ever felt this way and you were further along?
