Should I take him to the pediatrician ? 🤔

I have a 1 month and 15 days old baby boy and he seems fine to me just that since last night at 1 am he took 2 oz of formula later he fell asleep and woke up to eat at 4 or 5 (hardly ate ) am .. again at 8 am  (hardly) them at 12 pm shower him then almost 5 pm again (hardly) ate idk if it’s normal for the past days he’s been eating good FTM here thank you in advance

Maybe he’s just more interested in sleeping. My girl would sleep for hours without eating and I didn’t like to wake her. And when she finally did wake up on her own she never ate much. Their tummy is so tiny. But he knows when and how much he wants to eat. It’s okay to feel worried bc well, they’re babies lol. You can always call your pediatrician or make an appointment, I made so many appointments for any little thing when my girl was fresh. She’s barely 4 1/2 months now but for like the first 2 months I was always at her pediatrician bc I had lots of questions and worries. My doc didn’t mind bc she understood the new mom jitters

As long as baby is producing wet diapers, I dont think its really a concern at this point. But you should always call them and ask

Is he losing weight?... If you are worried cal his pediatrician and talk to them about it.

If you’re concerned take him to be seen or call in and talk to a nurse. As long as he’s eating and not showing sings if not feeling well he’s good. But you’re his mama if you think something is wrong take him to be seen.
