So my husband is a little too friendly with waitresses, cashiers, whoever when we’re out 
Today the girl said her name and he said oh is that Anne with an E? Which made her laugh of course 🙄 then he proceeded to crack another joke that made her laugh. To me this is flirting, you don’t have to be THAT friendly to a server. Like yes be nice and respectful but not like that. 
Plus I already have trust issues with him he has been unfaithful and has issues with porn. I’m so upset/crushed/hurt.

It seems like there may be deeper issues here. It seems that his friendliness bothers you more because of his past infidelities than the action itself. Your wounds are still open. You need to talk with him or with someone to try and close them the right & healthy way, or continue to live unhappy in your situation. He probably won’t change that aspect of his personality. So you have to make some tough choices if you want to continue the relationship:
Really decide to move on, forgive him and begin again.
Or
Continue with trust issues and have continuous issues throughout your relationship.

I think a lot of guys are friendly with others and that's fine, but continuing to flirt or make jokes takes it a bit too far. Especially if he's been unfaithful before, I would bring up your concerns with him.

Normally it wouldn't bother me just because he's doing it in front of you so you know it's meaningless but given the history yes I would be bothered by it.
