Bummed about induction date..

I’m 37 weeks, getting induced Saturday because I have Cholestasis. I was under the impression I’d be induced towards the evening and more than likely have the baby Sunday. I really wanted a December 1st baby.

I had my sweep today, I’m 2 cm and and she was able to feel her head. dr said I may not even need any induction meds. That Friday night to come get checked and she’ll probably send me home, come back sat morning, break my water, and see how it goes. But that means I’ll definitely be having baby Nov. 30th. Idk why I’m so bummed about it.. I feel like it’s a weird birthday. I almost want to ask if I can come in Saturday evening instead of Saturday morning... I had my heart set on a December baby
