Ttc after unexplained miscarriage - HELP pls heartbroken 😞

Can some of you give me some advice on what happenes after a miscarriage and how long did it take you to conceive? Was it a healthy pregnancy? Any input or any advice? We had a loss due to trisomy 13 in June. Now we just miscarries at 6 weeks with hcg low At 57, I am soo scared! I do not understand why, I have been doing everything right, prenatals every day for months, folic acid, red rasberry leaf tea, fish oil, no drinking, healthy eating, no smoking, what else can I do? We want our rainbow baby soo bad and had these 2 nightmares happening to us. Any updates on your stories? Any advice? Please! Thanks girls! 😟😔😞
