Organic cotton tampons changing cycle? Conceived after stopping tampon use?

So TTC but using organic cotton tampons when AF turns up instead of baby #1 and I've noticed I have "better" periods if that's such a thing. It seems I bleed less, less pain, no odor. Last month I used my OPTs and I was still ovulating around the same time as usual. But just curious if anyone conceived after switching to organic cotton tampons or just cutting out tampons all together. I can't help but think the two are linked but who knows. I know for sure I will NEVER use non organic tampons again though, I'm pretty sure those are poisoning your lady bits. I switched from Kotex U (and I always noticed a bad odor using those) to L organic cotton tampons from target fyi.
