Divorce in the Military

Has anyone ever divorced their military spouse? We have 2 kids, and we just bought a house in May. Would it be best to legally separate or automatically file for divorce? I just finished school for Medical Assisting, but I’m a SAHM, so my husband is the only income. I may be acting on emotions, but I just genuinely don’t feel appreciated or loved by him anymore. It’s always something I’m saying or doing that causes him to just ignore me, sometimes for days, and I won’t have my kids growing up thinking it’s okay. He’s said in the past that he won’t go to counseling, so I’m at a loss.
