Going to the bathroom...help

My son is 1.5 weeks old 3rd boy. So i was able to go #2 2x sence he was born no problem. But ever sence i cannot at all ive been taking stool softners the whole time and miralax the past 2 days and nothing so far. Im not sure if its hemorrhoids or prolaspe but something comes out when i try to go. Its almost like it doesn't work at all i cant even push if i wanted too. I tried counter pressure in between and i got a little pebble. I feel like its right there but nothing is happening. I have an appointment in the morning but im wondering if anyone else has been through this? Edited to add i drink tons of water so thats not the issue
