Confused 🙄🤷‍♀️

I had a MC at the end of August and ever since then my ovulation has just been weird. I ovulate 10 days later last month then I usually do. Glow says I’m suppose to ovulate in 5 more days but another app says tomorrow. I have all my ovulation symptoms but ewcm. Did I ovulate already?
