Is protein shakes safe during pregnancy?
Hi there I have a bag of Optimal Nutrition whey protein powder and and tub of premium protein powder.. do you guys know if they are safe to drink during pregnancy? I usually blend it with almond milk, berries and spinach for a breakfast shake and would live to continue to do so but I'm not sure if it's safe for our little peanut... was planning on taking them into the drs with me.. but I was just curious as to what you guys think?
