Cold remedies while pregnant ??

Help! I currently feel like death. Obviously being dramatic but the fact that pregnant women can’t really take medications for a cold sucks ☹️ I’ve had a stuffy nose for the past few days and recently just developed a sore throat. 
Any of you ladies have any remedies to fight a cold ? 
I’m tired of sneezing and having to catch my nose 😩

An old remedy ive used since I was younger for sore throat and is safe for pregnancy is boiling a grapefruit tea. Sounds weird lol, but you clean your grapefruit really good, and cut it in half. And fill a small pot of water and let half the grapefruit (skin on and everything) sit in it till it comes to a boil, then try to get as much as the grapefruit juice out as you can. Put a little honey which will help with a cough if you have one (and the taste if you don’t like grapefruit) and do that in the morning and the afternoon (that way you use the whole grapefruit) always got rid of my worst symptoms by the next day. Hope it works for you!!! And it gives you allot of folic acid, so win win lol

You can take robitussin and Tylenol cold & sinus. And Sudafed, that’s what helped me.

For the sore throat- honey and apple cider vinegar mixed together like a thick cough syrup. Warm salt water gargles too.
