Nervous

So I’m almost 6 weeks postpartum and my bleeding never fully stopped but had went down to more so spotting than full on bleeding , well starting a few days ago I started getting bright red blood again, it also looks like everyday it’s progressively getting to be more blood. I spent my day at the dr/hospital yesterday and there’s no retained tissue and all my labs came back normal, they said it should start to slow down in a day or two. But today I feel like it’s less on the pad (definitely still there) and more so when I go to the bathroom. The water will be tinted a decent red and I just got a few small clots . I know big clots are what I should worry about but I’m nervous , there was quite a bit of blood and those little clots when I went to the bathroom last , but I’m not soaking through a pad super quick so idk what to think really .
