Is it possible to get pregnant on copper IUD ?

Hello, I’ve looked this up everywhere including here , I’m just paranoid and like to be sure. My partner and I have a lot of unprotected sex & don’t even use the pull out method. The whole reason I got the iud it is to make sure I don’t get pregnant. I’m hearing a lot of women say they have gotten pregnant. The data shows that less that 1 out of every 100 ppl on iud will become pregnant. I really don’t know what data to trust. It’s way too soon to tell if I’m pregnant so I’ll take a test when it’s able to be determined. What are your personal experiences with this considering having unprotected sex with no pull out method on iud?
