Constipated
So I was constipated and felt like I couldn’t go to the bathroom the last few days. I just went but I didn’t force it. I waited until I could go naturally without pushing too much. When I wiped there was almost like a light pink spotting but not coming from my vagina lol. Is that normal? Was the stool just so hard it cut me or something?
