Possible pregnancy with period?

Can you have a period and still possibly be pregnant? My period was about 5 days or more late I did end up getting one though. I took 2 tests before my period was late and they came back negative so I figured my cycle could just be off from having my baby 3 months ago (second period since having him) but the last week or so I have been extremely nauseated off and on.

No. You medically and scientifically cannot have a period and be pregnant.
Many women do experience bleeding in early pregnancy, but it is very different from a period. 
Your period is the shedding of the lining of your uterus. It does this when there is no fertilized egg that has been implanted.
If the bleeding is heavy, if there are any clots, or if the bleeding lasts more than 4 days, it’s your period and you cannot be pregnant.
