Help!!

So I’ve known this boy for about 2 years and he is a really nice person and I’ve started to get feelings for him. Problem is he’s got a girlfriend!! I know I should never have let myself get feelings but I couldn’t help it. He always smiles gives me a hug and asks how I am and he remembers stuff I’ve told him. it’s really playing on my mind and I feel like there’s something there, should I tell him how I feel just to get it off my chest?
