Tested postive for Group B Strep

What exactly do they do about this? I had my group b strep test done and my doctor just posted my results. I tested positive. My doctor told me it's a pretty common thing to test positive for but I'm kind of worried and will it effect my baby in anyway? I'm 35 weeks + 6 days
