implantation bleeding?

So I got my positive OKP’s on the 13th & 14th of this month. My husband & I just had sex and after we finished he noticed a little bit of blood on his penis and I went to the bathroom and got this. Could it be my period or implantation? I’ve also been having cramps, backache, dizzy today, sore boobs, etc.
