Since 14 weeks I have been having horrible sciatic pain in my lower back going down my legs. It makes me drop, they took me off work for 4 weeks, I'm a psw. I've been doing massage therapy, having hot Epsom salt baths, relaxing as much as I can, and I just can't help relieve it. Please tell me what worked for you guys! I can't even roll in bed without crying because the pain sucks, I can barely get out of bed or off my couch. I have a 2 and half year old, and I'm 23 weeks as of tomorrow. I need help to try and relieve this pain so I can do stuff.
