How often should I be having sex in my fertility window?

My husband and I are crying to conceive, so I was wondering which days we should be trying for the best results? I don’t want to have sex everyday during the fertility window because I don’t want my husbands sperm count to be effected too much, but maybe I’m over thinking things. Any advice would be super appreciated!!!

I say every other day so you dont miss it. I had sex the day before i ovlulated and the day after and i got pregnant with my son.

If youre tracking so you know of the app is right or not, the day before ovulation is most important at a 33% chance, day of ovulation at 22%. Every other day is recommended since sperm can live up to 5 days

People say every other day, I tried that for months after my mc and nothing. Track your ovulation and have sex a couple days before and day of. That’s what worked for me!
